Manufacturing by Papyrus Sakti is carried out at the company's factory, situated on 8.2 hectares of land in an industrial area south of Bandung, West Java. The plant is strategically close to roads linking it with Jakarta's port facilities.

Papyrus Sakti's first production line was set up to make colour card. A second line was inaugurated in 1984 to produce duplex board. Machinery in the factory was then extensively modified and upgraded, as part of the company's drive to improve product quality and consistency.
To better serve its rapidly growing domestic and international customer base, Papyrus Sakti began producing coated duplex board on a third line in 1995, thus increasing annual capacity a further 54,000 tons. Embossed color card and other value-added product are made on a fourth line, also inaugurated in 1995.

Computerization helps to ensure greater consistency in weight, moisture content and overall quality, as well as to lower production costs significantly.

By the end of 1995, total annual production capacity at the Papyrus Sakti factory had already reached 90,000 tons and estimated 120,000 tons in year 1998.
